I cannot connect to the internet via ethernet or wifi on my mobile or laptop. However, I can connect to the hub's admin page via ethernet and wifi as you can see from the screenshot below. Though from the screenshot, the hub shows it has synced to the exchange or however it works nowadays. I have tried a soft reboot, hard reboot, restored factory settings using the admin interface and restored factory settings via the physical reset button on the hub. Service in my area is fine apparently, but this probably isn't relevant as the admin interface shows the hub is synced.
