I have had a replacement hub today after no internet for a couple of days.
it Was showing as connected but no internet.
new hub is now doing the same but some devices will connect and some wont
both Apple and windows devices any ideas ?
Has the Hub been activated ?

It was installed by Virgin engineer this morning
but no apple device would receive data although would show as connected.
he advised it was an Apple issue as android would connect and receive data.
The windows, android and now some Apple connect but won’t receive internet however some of the Apple devices which couldn’t receive internet now do.
Its a strange one as two iPhones connected earlier but the connected to a different router and would not reconnect to the hub 3.
Switch all the Wi-Fi devices off.
Reboot the Hub by switching off using the small switch on the rear and leave for 5 minutes before switching back on.
Switch one Wi-Fi device on and search for the network that starts VM********
Do each device in turn.
I did reboot by holding in button for a minute the n leaving off for 5 minsall came online then went back offline 30mins later
