No internet

my internet stopped working 4 days ago - says internet blocked. Hub 3. It been working fine - suddenly stopped. Power light and WiFi green. Internet arrows flashing green. Have reset a few times with the pin on Hub, unplugged and replugged more than once! But no change. Can’t get hold of anyone at Virgin and just in a loop on their website. Anyone have suggestions please? Thanks
