Hello there,

I have been facing Internet connection issues several times since I subscribed to Virgin 1 month ago... How this is possible ? And I am currently face this issie again...How to solve it ?

Note: This never happened with TalkTalk

What connection issues - Speed, dropouts?

Broadband, TV, phone? 

What devices? 

Connected by WiFi, ethernet, both?
