Previously my Superhub 2 was working, although I have had to reboot it at least once a week, and had to use a wired connection otherwise I frequently lost audio when using Microsoft Teams on my work laptop.
Today I have no connection whatsoever. The blue power light remains on, then sometimes the green double arrow flashes, then all internet light flash (including WPS) before it returns to the power light alone.
I've run an online test from the VirginMedia website, rebooted, reset to no avail. I managed to book an engineer visit but it's not until Wednesday evening and I need to be able to work from home before then. Is there anything else I could try?
