I moved house over a week ago and despite setting up all of the equipment correctly, my Virgin broadband and wifi aren't working.
I have spent a total of five hours trying to reach someone at Virgin on the phone without luck. On the last call I was transferred three times, finally got through to the technical department and then the line cut out.
Can anyone help? I'm at the stage where I'm seriously considering ending my Virgin contract completely.
And did you get a confirmed start date for the new services?
