No internet for a day and a half - Redhill

The service has been awful from you for a while now Virgin but currently on day 2 of no internet at all - how do you expect people to work? It’s not good enough that the fix time

keeps getting pushed back - this needs priority now please.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

I'm really sorry to hear of any broadband issues - I fully appreciate the inconvenience this would cause. 

 

From checking the system, there was indeed an outage and it was fixed on the 24th. I've checked the system today and all your levels are in spec, no other outages are showing, so I do hope everything is sorted. Please do let me know if you need further assistance.
