Have had no internet for 4 days now and support keep going round and round in circles. There is a solid red light on my Superhub 3. I have tried resetting with a pin and the light is still there. I have contacted support more than 5 times in the last 3 days and they keep asking me to follow the same steps, i am getting very frustrated as they don't seem to want to help at all. All i want is for someone to send out a replacement hub.
Can anyone assist with this? getting very impatient now
A red light either means it’s in Modem Modem or its overheated.
Can you do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub?
