I am abiding by the rules of my contract by paying my bill monthly.
You are failing by not providing the service to which i am paying for.
I have now taken 2 x days from work losing 4 hours pay per day.
I had an appointment booked for a visit today, and no one has been out, again.
I have phoned in and explained the situation to someone at VM, who stated the LIAR! sorry technician was at my house at 13.30? no one has been to my house but has yet AGAIN filled out his docket stating he has been. The person on the phone hung up and cancelled the call, i was not aggressive listen to the message i was not abusive, he was possibly having a bad day, if he does not want to work in cancellations department i suggest he leaves.
As you are not abiding by the contract, i wish to cancel and i shall not be incurring any payments due to you employing liars and not fulfilling your part of the contract.

I have now phoned and spoken with 3 telephone people, who do not want to deal with the complaint, 1 person was called Warren ( very nice person) took my mobile number then passed me over to a lady who then cut me off!!! The first person to cut me off was called Alistair.
I then receive a call from an 02037385341 number i answered then they cancelled the call!!!
Must be coming to finishing time, as no one at VM is interested
I have another page going on here, with all the faults listed daily, and the only people that seem to be helping are NON VM staff, maybe you should employ some of the knowledgeable people who take an interest
