Our internet connection is constantly dropping out, it’s not connected at all and myself and others are trying to work from home. I’ve turned it off and on again several times but it’s all green lights. We are paying for the highest speed and service and this is obviously not good enough. Please advise.
Sorry to hear you're having this problem. I work in the field for virgin media and hopefully I can help you. please plug out all ethernets that are connected to the back of your hub. Do a pin reset without connecting back any ethernets and run a speed test. Leave it like this and see if you lose speed
