No internet connection

Hello,

We can't get any internet connection at the moment.

 

The hub has the green power light on and the green Wifi light is flashing green.

I have looked on my settings and tested the connection. It just keeps showing connection failed. I have unplugged and plugged everything back in and still no joy.

Is anyone able to help me?
