No internet connection

Hi,

I've had no internet connection for 3 days now!

I'm getting a blinking green traffic light on my router but no blue tick to confirm a connection. (Superhub 2)

I have seen two instances of problems in the area that have both apparently been fixed.

Customer service told me it would be fixed yesterday even though the area status is ok, I still have an issue.

They then told me today that it is an area issue and wouldn't be fixed for another 2 days.

Area status still reading as everything ok.

I've attached my router status pictures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As well as trying the “check service,” weblink at the top of this forum board, there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you some more info.

Only thing you can do is wait for it to be fixed and if possible get a fault reference number.
