02.00 My Oomph disconnected at 05.30 still no BB
Phone helpline ( Mumbai)! “ or dear I am sorry but I cannot access that part of the system at the moment please call back later.”!
as I have had surgery this afternoon! I did a self test ! It say my equipment is switched off!!! NO IT WAS NOT!
So I phoned Virginmedia helpline ! Now there is another joke after holding for 42 minutes it dropped the call so I called back! And after 29 minutes of Holding! I FFING GAVE UP!
so much for the Dedicated help for Virginmedia Oomph customers!
