No internet connection

My Broadband isn't working. I've gone through all the guidance, I've switched the hub off and on and checked all the wiring but nothing has changed I'm still getting the green light. I can still watch TV on my TIVO box but none of the internet services are available on my TIVO box. I reckon the Hub is broken. It's been like this since 21:30 on Sunday 4th August 2019 and there were no technical issues in our area. I spent 45 minutes waiting on the phone yesterday for technical help and it just hung up in the end so not a happy bunny. I have to say trying to speak to a human being for help is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Hi Contwo, 

Sorry to hear that you've had some issues with the service this past week, this ins't what we like to hear. 

I can appreciate you posted this on Tuesday so can I ask if it's still an issue now? 

If so then please let us know so we can have a closer look and help get this sorted.
