Literally just got my broadband installed yesterday and all was good until today as it cut off twice then managed to get back on but all of a sudden it dropped speed from 100 to 4 mbs and now it’s showing my WiFi as available but when I click on it it says no internet connection. The green light at bottom of my hub is constantly flashing. I have checked all connections and rest the hub several times. Can anyone offer any help? I got told it’s intermittent connection issues but now I literally have no internet.
Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended.
Thanks I have tried this but no issues in my area. The arrows sign is flashing green whilst the bottom light stays a solid green and then when the arrow sign stops flashing the bottom light flashes green.
