I have had zero network connection for the past 2 days, flashing green base light, tried reset with no joy. To make matters worse tv service is playing up - get most channels but some are pixelated/ not clear.
have called VM twice and they’ve hung up on me twice.
There speaks somebody who has not had to call customer services. Nothing worse than being deliberately fed into a message loop designed to divert you from any human operator and give you the same prerecorded message regardless of what phone number you call. The only way to get a human to answer is to call from a phone number not currently associated with your virgin account and select the option for cancellations.
