From last night, I am not getting internet on my laptop. I did all such as hub 3.0 rebooting but did not working. My hub showing yellow signal and no wifi green colour on my hub. On my laptop, it showing it is connected but when I try to connect I am getting message 'Internet may not available'. As I am working from home, Internet connection is important and hence try to call you and everytime I am in queue for more than 1 hr. A bitter truth YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT A CARE BUT HEADACHE.
this is my last option to put my problem here in hoping someone help me on this.
