Hi there, 

I have no WiFi and trying to homeschool so need some help ASAP! I have a flashing horizontal line at the bottom of my hub and a solid green WiFi at the top. I have followed the steps to to reset at the back and it’s not helped. Anyone, any ideas would be much appreciated?

have you tried clicking on the "check service status" link at the top of this page?

You can also call 0800 561 0061 to get a service update - see if there's any issues impacting the area..
