No internet No wifi. Solid pink light

So virgin media setup the hub, all working great. yesterday evening speed dropped to 20mbps. I entered the modem setup mode by mistake, so its showing solid pink on the hub. The internet has dropped out.

How do i disable the modem mode on the hub ? i have tried resetting the hub with no luck. tried phoning and still waiting in web chat since this morning.

how do i get fastest speeds on wifi?

To exit modem mode and go back to router mode just disconnect all ethernet cables from it and with it still switched on, press the reset pin in firmly and hold it whilst the clock ticks round a full 60 seconds then release the pin and do not restart the Hub - leave it a few minutes and you will be in normanl router mode
