I've had no internet for the past 3 days, ran all checks as advised on website and checked service status for our area. What do I do now? I've only had virgin media for a few weeks. Tried phoning but call ends advising me to look for help on website!
I would love to supply the information you are asking for however, as my last message when I type the information you gave me into my browser I am left with the screen I sent you a picture of therefore no option to click on anything to give me the information you are asking for. Am I missing something here?
