No effect on speed

Below I've copied and  pasted a part of an email you have just sent me

Why have I noticed no change in parts of my house and, if anything, other parts are now a tad slower than before ?

It's a bunch of rubbish to be honest.

What they have done is added some changes to make the hubs work with their new Premium WiFi service, the service is currently in the early stages of release and under trial to fix initial issues.
