I have been without 4G for well over a week now and data/ network doesn’t work on 3G. Only way I can access the internet is on the WiFi. I’ve tried everything to get it working again I thought my allowances being refreshed might help but it hasn’t. All payments are up to date as I know this can sometimes affect it
I tried on Friday was on hold for an hour and then got hung up on. Then was referred to an offshore call centre who when I spoke to them was so rude. Put off from trying again unless I can speak to someone in the uk
Have you tried doing a network reset on the phone?
