No connection

I received my brand new Hub 3 on Saturday. Followed all the installation instructions carefully. 

I've still not been able to get it working. Unplugged it and plugged it back again, reset it, and still nothing. I've tried phoning for help 4-5 times but either get cut off or have to wait 1-2 hours.  

I've not had problems connecting my android phone to WiFi before.
