No connection

We called virgin recently to ask why our internet was down - they said that it was the area not our router, and that it would be working again by the 8th of September 2020 - we called back recently and asked why we still weren’t connected and they said we would be added to an update text service, we haven’t been updated once. 


We have done what they told us to do multiple times - reset, pinhole reset, off and on, unplug completely and try again, troubleshoot our devices, nothing is working. 


One of the people living in this in this house is a doctor providing online psychiatric care to doctors working during COVID - when can we expect this to be fixed? 


If this can’t be answered, how do we go about cancelling our plan completely?

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting the area. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
