No broadband in SE10

Hello, we’ve had no broadband all night - seems to have fizzled out about 9pm last night. After checking status on VM app which continually said “no problems in SE10 it now says there are broadband issues. That’s hours of non service availability Does Virgin still offer refunds on hours of lack of service, in this case broadband?

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your broadband.

I have checked our systems and currently there is a Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) impacting your area.

You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.

This has been raised under Fault Reference F011010134 and the estimated time of fix is 23 OCT 2023 09:00.
