No broadband for past 3 days.

No broadband for the past 3 days. Recorded message is nonsense 'you will experience loss of broadband and TV services for a short time things should be back to normal by 9.30am." the message makes me even angrier. 9.30 of which day? I feel I am being taken for a ride as well as having serious problems as I work from home and daughter needs to access Uni portal for coursework. Is this improvement work still being carried out in SE5 and when will service resume? Impossible to talk to customer service of course. I am unhappy with this and seriously considering switching to another provider
