No broadband for 3 days

Hi,

I have not had a working broadband connection for 3 days now.

Superhub 2 is showing all blue lights except for the arrows, which are goes from solid to flashing green. Have checked all cables and rebooted numerous times with no luck.

Please could this been looked into as I am relying on this to work from home.

Hi, I’ve got the same issue, gone through all the resets and all through the automated help lines that tell me first that there is no known issues and then that they are aware of issues and will be fixed shortly. After being txt on 2 separate occasions to tell me that it has all been sorted, I’m still in the same boat. After calling150 this morning I was able to speak to a real person who informed me that there was an issue in my area and would not likely to be sorted until the 15th of this month.
