Hi,

I know enough to know something isn't right. I lost internet this morning (came back once) and can't find the root - all my kit is good. Even checked the cable to the street (squirrels are viscious round here) and nothing. 

Service status shows up nothing so I am in a loop of hell being told to restart my router..... Green flashing light everytime and in the router menu - access denied.... 

I don't know what it could be but I know I have tons of meetings tomorrow and this won't go well!!!

Help...... I was trying to see if there was a street cabinet nearby left open or something but I can't see one!

 Check with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150
