No broadband, WiFi, communication with Virgin

I’ve literally not had a fully functional service for months.

engineer came 2 weeks ago renewed all cabling abs hub, you can’t make it up -it’s soooo much worse abs I’m struggling to get through to Virgin.  150 - tried so many times, on hold now 39 mins.

Messaging  no longer works.   It’s actually becoming a nightmare. Help!
