No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

No broadband since early this morning. Virgin website denies there is a problem. Apparently no means of reporting faults any more.

Re: No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

Does the service status page show the issue?

If so then there is nothing to report.

Re: No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

“No known issues.”  Well, the issue is known to me.  How do I report it?  Both phone and website send me on an endless circular path.

Re: No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

You've got a fault.  So report it on 150.  Be prepared for a long call.

Re: No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

You're a little behind the times. All Virgin call centres are now closed because of the virus, and there is no apparent way to report a fault online. I take this to mean that they are not carrying out repairs and maintenance. So do I assume we will be without broadband indefinitely?

They aren't closed - they're open. I think you're behind the times...
