For the past week my wifi is cutting off completely, only Lan cables will work. Ive been on the phone 3 times now and all im getting told is to reset the router, which works temporarily. But i shoudnt have to be reseting my router every couple of hours and your customer service over the phone is just appalling to the point that id rather keep pressing the reset button than talk to them. If theres any help here it would be much appreciated.
Nothing significant, router stays the same no light flash or change, just the wifi dissapears on all devices. But will work off a ethernet cable only, until we reset the router and even then thats a hit or miss
