so which is it? Because I can’t go on net flix or use my phone WiFi, can’t do anything.

It is not "my" phone line. This is a Community support and most of the replies will be from non VM employees. We do try our best to assist 😉
It will be a day or two before a VM Mod will reply in most cases.
If you need is urgent, then I suggest you just keep ringing VM.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page
