I have just spent 3 hrs on phone to Virgin, in all spoke to at least 4 people, the fact I have internet on desktop and television via ethernet cable is working OK. My laptop and mobile phone which are on WIFI are not working. Have been through may options with no joy. Each time I ring have to go through all security options. Have been cut of a couple of times. Tried to ring to ring again never got through. To me it's as simple as my hub is not giving out a WIFI signal. At my wits end as to where to go next. What a terrible company they are.

Very sorry to hear of any WiFi issues.
I've done a check and no issues are showing to be causing this.
Please download the Connect App for me. When downloaded, you'll be able to do a wireless scan in the property, this will check and identify any coverage issues. It'll optimise them where possible. If it can't and a Pod needed, you'll be prompted to order.
