My broadband and TV went down 2 hours ago, I can’t access any channels as it says ‘downloading’ and on the router there is a green WiFi logo, then below it is flashing green arrows, then the green steady light at the bottom. Does anybody have any ideas what this could be? I’ve tried to run the tests but I get an error message saying they’ve had to take the website down to repair an issue. But this was happening before my Virgin was set up properly by an engineer?
Have you checked for “known network faults”? As well as trying the “check service,” weblink (at the top of this forum board), there is also a Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Service Status web page) - that may give you more info.
