We'd love to assist, from our checks there seems to be an outage in the area that has caused intermittent service (drop outs) so that's what's been affecting you.
The good news are that based on our estimates, this fault is due to be fixed by 12:05pm (noon).
We're sorry as this is not clearly displayed on our service status page at the minute, however if you run further checks on this page it will give you the feedback about a service fault.
