No WiFi, TV or landline

I have 2 green arrows flashing which is a signal issue, however all the wires are connected nice and tight and the soonest an engineer can come out is tomorrow, however I’m working from home and need WiFi ASAP, can anyone help?

An engineer out the next day is pretty good service.  Don't you have 4g data you can use on a phone ?
