So I have had no internet or tv now for 3 days. Orange light flashing on my V6 box. Green light flashing on my router. It came back briefly yesterday and then went again.
I rang faults and was asked if I had received a card through my door about this. I hadn’t. Was then told it was an area fault and would be fixed by lunchtime Friday. Nothing showing on the Service Status page though.
this happened last week for a couple of days and I was overcharged and had to dig out my contract to prove that I was due a discount until 2020. All in all this is not good service.
