I've had no services whatsoever since Thursday now and yet all I'm getting from Virgin is that there are no faults in my area, those that were are now fixed.
I have flashing green lights on the hub and TV won't connect either. I've got work to do and the family are driving me nuts.. help!
Keep phoning and be persistent in asking for a technician. VNC staff will get to your post, but it could be sometime.
