No Ranging Response received

I am having issues with my ethernet connection from my Hub  3.0 router.  WiFi is working OK, although slow.  My ethernet connection is via powerline and has worked OK for several years.  I have now tried a different powerline and the results are the same.  The Hub network log shows:

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

The Downstream and Upstream show the following:

Re: No Ranging Response received

signal for downstream is fine, can you post the upstream stats, having a few T3 time-out is common is more if the log is filled of them

Re: No Ranging Response received

We need your upstream power levels as well. There could be noise on your circuit.

Re: No Ranging Response received

Hi all,

Thanks for all the help.  The issue seems to be resolved now.  I had already checked the service status online which showed no issues.  I later decided to check the same via phone and, guess what, an issue had been identified and was undergoing repair, which is now complete.  I would have thought that the online status would be the most up to date, but apparently not.  I now know that I need to check both in the future.
