No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hello

I'm getting intermittent and slow problems with my broadband.  The router log repeatedly says:

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Have tried customer support but it just directs you to the website.  Went to disconnection then to faults and they said they can't do anything?!

Someone please help otherwise I have no choice but to go to another supplier.

Re: No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

a handful of these errors doesn't necessarily indicate a problem - depends on how frequently you're getting them..

are the disconnections happening on wired, wireless or both?

can you set up a BQM - once set up, find the Live Graph and click "Create Sharing Link" - post that back here.

Next, browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click Router Status - copy/paste the tables from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs back to this thread - you'll need multiple posts for this, the info wont all fit into a single one..
