Terrible connection 2 weeks now, getting no help from calling, please help.

Can you post the rest of the Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)

Yikes - the PostRS errors and T3 timeouts look horrendous!

When was the last time you rebooted your hub? - Doing that will clear the errors (leave it off for 5 minutes)

If the PostRS errors keep climbing; there is likely a problem with noise in the circuit that VM will need an engineer to sort out (They should be along soon!)

Definitely get the BQM sorted though - that is fantastic at showing the errors graphically!

If you've rebooted and the errors are still at that level then VM definitely need to book an engineer - I'm sure they will be along shortly to help sort it out!
