Hi, my hub 4 is completely dead, I've been without Internet since Thursday, i was told i will receive a replacement on Saturday however today is Monday and i have not had any emails to say it has been dispatched, as i am working from home i need the replacement as soon as possible, can I get a update? I've been trying to get through to someone via the text messaging service however the service is terrible.
