Has anyone had Internet issues around Croydon area? I live in CR5 & I've had no internet since the 4th of February!

I've been calling & asking for updates daily, I keep getting the same reply that the issue is affecting the local area & they intend to fix the issue the next day.

I'm lost on what to do next! Is anyone able to assist on what the issue is?

Unfortunately you won't get much detail on what the problem is. All you can do is check every day for any updates. 

But make sure you get the compensation you are due. It's £8.40 for each full day, after the first two days.

I am sorry your area is impacted by an outage. 

I have checked on the ticket number provided and can see the estimated time of fix is currently 19/02/2023 16:00:00.

Our engineers are working hard to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
