Our internet stopped working. I ran the tests and it said : the Wireless was on but Internet (access denied). It then went through to book online for an engineer to come. I tried choosing an appointment, then it said that was not available, and to try again. I went through the process again, then it said it was not possible to book an appointment online, and told me to call.
I tried to get through multiple times on the phone, however it said they did not have any call centres available due to COVID-19, and told me to go online to do a status check (which I had already done).
They say on their twitter to query via webchat but I can't seem to find it anywhere, unless this is what they mean? Does anyone know how we can book an engineer or even if there are engineers available to come out?
