No Internet access

I have a virgin media hub v3.

I moved my hub by powering it down, unplugging everything. Re attached everything, then powering it back on and now I have no Internet access or TV.

I have a green stable WiFi led on the front of the hub, but also constant flashing green arrows. 

My Local Service status is fine.

When I log into the hub it says access denied next to Internet. 

I did a Hub diagnostic and it says to check the cables/coaxial connections. I've  checked all of them and taken them out and plugged them back in but nothing.

I logged into virgin website to check and it says there is a problem, the earliest they can come out is 7 days! It means we have to face lockdown with no TV and no Internet.

I'm wondering if it's a problem with the multi cable tv/router/ethernet splitter combo package, to which I can't find anywhere to purchase a new one. 

Can anyone advise?

 Ive managed to get the Internet working by just plugging straight from the wall into the router, skipping the router kit below. Where can I get a replacement?
