No Internet Since 2pm

Hi my Internet went off this afternoon. I checked the service status and it says no known issues. When I run a test it says my hub may be switched off. Its not switched off. The lights at the side are flickering blue and the light at the front of the hub is flickering red.

This is very frustrating as I work from home at the weekends and I have been unable to access the Internet since 2pm.

I have tried switching it off and back on several times. I also tried the pin reset on the side to no avail.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your Internet.

 

The quickest way to report any fault you may be having would be by calling the team on 150, free from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111.
