No Internet - New Customer

Hi all, 

I have just signed up with Virgin and have received a quick start kit, I have plugged in the device and connected to my Telewest box that is mounted in my living room. I am able to connect to the Wifi network however get an error stating that I have no internet access. 

If I do a test on this it shows that the hub is connected and online however there is an error with the service and still not able to get service. 

I cannot get in touch with any dept to get help with this an it is starting to prove very frustrating. Any ideas?

have you activated the hub? it won't connect until you have done that.

Called the number that said it was going to ping my device and get it activated yesterday yes.

I have the hub online however when I perform a status test it says 'your hub is online but may not be working fully'

Can you actually get online to a known page such as bbc.co.uk ?
