I have just signed up with Virgin and have received a quick start kit, I have plugged in the device and connected to my Telewest box that is mounted in my living room. I am able to connect to the Wifi network however get an error stating that I have no internet access.
If I do a test on this it shows that the hub is connected and online however there is an error with the service and still not able to get service.
I cannot get in touch with any dept to get help with this an it is starting to prove very frustrating. Any ideas?
