No Ethernet

I have WiFi, but no Ethernet. I’ve reset it, I’ve changed the cables, but no yellow light and no internet connection through the cable

Thank you for your advice. 
I tried various things, all no good.  The Virgin service department did some tests and found that it’s a faulty router. I should be getting a new router tomorrow or Tuesday.

Has the new hub been received now and set up

Router has arrived, but I can't change it until  I've finished with my patients later this evening.
