No Ethernet on 2 of the 4 Ports and WiFi Keeps dropping out

Upgraded to Gig 1 last night [Virgin Media Hub 4 Self Installed].

1.  Loss of Internet Connectivity randomly during the day, multiple times during the day [been a technical nightmare all day today].  

2.  WiFi Keeps dropping Out on all devices.  

3.  No Ethernet on Ports 3 and 4.  

Have tried calling Virgin Media, if I can manage to get through Line Drops waiting for Technical Support or a prerecorded message says  “ No advisors available at present please call back later.  been trying for over 2 hours so far.

Ring at 08:00 in the morning

Try a factory reset of the hub in the meantime

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
