No Broadband since the 23rd November

I have had no broadband the bottom light on the hub is white but the internet symbol is flashing red, anyone else having problems in the SE26 6LD area. On the website it says no issues but when I phone 150 I get a robot message saying there is an issue and the engineers are working on it.

Hi @Tyrese123 

You should also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more localised issues down to postcode level.

Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time for the fault to be repaired.

Looking into the local area, an outage is present and is estimated to be fixed on 07/12/22 at 09:00.
